By accessing cellsignalhelp.com or selecting “I agree,” you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the service

cellsignalhelp.com is a Canadian, SureCall-focused, AI-assisted support and education platform for invited professional cellular-booster installers. It is independently developed and operated by Enhanced IB Cellular Inc., an independent manufacturer’s representative for SureCall in Canada.

The service provides product and application information, troubleshooting assistance, explanations of manuals and specifications, general RF guidance, and preliminary product or installation recommendations.

The service supports installer decision-making. It does not replace professional judgment, site inspection, signal measurements, official product documentation, safety procedures or final installation testing.

2. Independent beta service

cellsignalhelp.com is an independent initiative of Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. The beta is not currently owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed or warranted by SureCall, Inc., and it is not an official SureCall technical-support service.

SureCall retains ownership of its trademarks, manuals, specifications and proprietary materials.

3. Beta status and authorized users

The service is experimental and remains under development. Features and responses may contain errors, change without notice or be removed. Access may be interrupted or discontinued, and project history may not always be preserved.

The beta is invitation-only, intended for experienced professional installers, restricted to authorized Canadian users, and intended primarily for Canadian SureCall products and applications. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. may suspend or terminate access at its discretion.

4. Artificial-intelligence limitations

The service uses artificial intelligence and may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular installation. It may misunderstand a question, make an incorrect assumption or provide a confident answer that is wrong.

Users must independently verify all information before relying on it. Official manuals, specifications and source documents should be reviewed whenever available.

5. No engineering or regulated advice

The service provides general information and preliminary decision support only. It does not provide professional engineering, certified or construction-ready designs, legal advice, electrical-code or building-code advice, occupational health and safety advice, fall-protection instruction, structural advice, certification of compliance, or guaranteed cellular coverage or performance.

Users are responsible for obtaining qualified professional assistance where required.

6. Safety

The service must not be treated as authorization or instruction to perform hazardous work, including roof work, ladder or tower climbing, confined-space entry, electrical work, drilling, structural work, or work near power lines or other hazards.

Users must follow all applicable laws, site rules, employer procedures, manufacturer instructions, training requirements and safety standards. If work may create a risk of injury or property damage, stop and consult an appropriately qualified person.

7. Installer responsibility

The installer remains responsible for all installation and professional decisions, including site conditions, measurements, product compatibility, signal quality, cable and splitter losses, antenna selection and placement, isolation, equipment configuration, safety, regulatory compliance, testing and final system performance.

The service assists the installer’s judgment; it does not replace it.

8. Preliminary designs

Any suggested antenna location, equipment quantity, cable route, coverage estimate, layout, bill of materials or blueprint markup is preliminary and conceptual only. It must be verified against actual site conditions, measurements and official product requirements.

9. No guarantee of results

Cellular and RF performance depends on many factors outside the operator’s control. Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. does not guarantee coverage, signal improvement, data speed, call quality, product suitability, installation success, carrier or device compatibility, continuous availability, or any specific technical or commercial result.

10. User submissions and privacy

Users may submit questions, measurements, photographs, screenshots, drawings or project information. Users must have permission to submit the material and must not upload unnecessary confidential, personal or sensitive information.

Where practical, remove customer names, addresses, contact information, passwords and other identifying information before uploading files.

Submitted information may be used to answer questions, maintain user or project history, improve the service, identify recurring technical issues, and investigate errors, safety concerns or misuse. Further details will be provided in a separate Privacy Policy.

11. Ownership and permitted use

The cellsignalhelp.com platform, original content, workflows and curated knowledge are owned by or licensed to Enhanced IB Cellular Inc., unless otherwise stated. Users receive a limited, revocable right to use the beta for authorized Canadian business purposes.

Users must not share accounts, scrape or copy the knowledge base, reverse-engineer or duplicate the service, resell access, use the service to build a competing system, or represent a response as approved or certified by SureCall or Enhanced IB Cellular Inc.

12. Service availability and support

The beta is provided without a guaranteed service level. Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. does not promise continuous availability, specific response times, 24-hour support, preservation or recovery of uploaded files, or immediate correction of errors.

The service does not create an obligation for Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. or its representatives to provide telephone, email, emergency or after-hours assistance.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. makes no warranty concerning the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, availability or suitability of the service for any particular installation or purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, additional labour, equipment damage, installation failure, coverage problems or claims resulting from reliance on an AI-generated response.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. relating to the beta will not exceed CAD $100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. User conduct and indemnity

Users are responsible for claims or losses arising from misuse of the service, unsafe or unlawful work, failure to verify information, unauthorized uploads, violation of privacy or intellectual-property rights, or representing preliminary information as an approved or certified design.

Where permitted by law, users agree to indemnify Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. against third-party claims resulting from such conduct.

16. Termination

Enhanced IB Cellular Inc. may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these terms, creates a safety or security concern, shares an account, misuses information, or uses the service outside its intended scope. Access may also end if the beta is changed or discontinued.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. The service is intended only for authorized users and installations in Canada.

18. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the beta changes or following legal review. Users may be required to accept revised terms before continuing to use the service.
